This Privacy Policy explains how Promora handles information when you use the Promora application and website.
1. Information you provide
Promora may process account information, content you create or upload, publishing instructions, connected-platform selections, and support messages you choose to provide.
2. Connected social platforms
When you connect a third-party social platform, Promora may use that platform’s authorization system (for example OAuth) to receive permissions needed to perform actions you request, such as reading basic account information or publishing content. Promora does not need your social-platform password. Permissions depend on the platform and features you enable.
3. Content processing and publishing
Content, media, captions, scheduling details and publishing metadata may be processed so Promora can prepare and distribute content to destinations you select. Third-party platforms process submitted content under their own privacy policies and terms.
4. Service data
We may process technical data needed to operate, secure and improve the service, such as device or browser information, error logs, feature usage, timestamps and connection status. If analytics or crash-reporting services are enabled, this policy should be updated to identify them.
5. How information is used
- Provide and maintain Promora.
- Authenticate users and connected services.
- Prepare, schedule and publish user-requested content.
- Prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
- Provide customer support and improve product quality.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with connected social platforms at your direction, infrastructure providers that help operate Promora, or where required by law. Providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role.
7. Data retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, legal obligations, security and dispute resolution. You may request deletion through the support contact shown on this website. Some records may remain where retention is legally required.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your devices and connected-platform accounts secure.
9. International users
Promora may rely on service providers operating in multiple countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for cross-border processing.
10. Children
Promora is not designed for children under the minimum age required to independently consent to online services in their jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
12. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact the support address listed on the Support page.
