These Terms of Use govern your use of Promora. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Promora is a marketing-management application that can help users prepare, schedule and distribute content to supported third-party platforms. Available features may change over time.
2. Your accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Promora account, devices and connected third-party accounts. You must have authority to connect and publish to every account you use with Promora.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Promora the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, schedule and transmit that content solely to operate features you request.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Promora to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious or unauthorized content; evade platform rules; distribute malware; impersonate others; interfere with the service; or access accounts without permission.
5. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on APIs, permissions, rate limits and policies controlled by third parties. Promora does not control whether a platform accepts, rejects, delays, removes or limits content. You are responsible for complying with each connected platform’s terms and policies.
6. AI-assisted features
If Promora provides AI-assisted generation, editing, suggestions or scheduling, outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before publication and for all content ultimately submitted through your accounts.
7. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful delivery to every platform. Scheduled publishing can fail because of connectivity, expired permissions, platform outages, policy changes or unsupported media.
8. Paid features
If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation options will be shown at purchase. App-store purchases are also subject to the applicable store terms.
9. Suspension or termination
Access may be limited or terminated where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address security risks, enforce these terms or respond to serious misuse.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Promora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Promora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party platform actions, missed publication opportunities, lost engagement, lost profits or content removal. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as features or legal requirements change. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact information on the Support page.
